1. About this website

1.1 www.modelsisland.com (the "Site") is operated by Ravinaro L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (licence no. 2543079.01), registered address Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. 1.2 These terms apply to everyone who uses the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.3 Other terms also apply when you use particular services: the Client Booking Terms (booking Talent), the Talent Terms and Guardian Consent (applying or being represented), the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Using the Site

2.1 You may use the Site to browse our rosters, learn about our services, apply to join, send enquiries, request quotes and manage bookings.

2.2 You must not: (a) copy, download, scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically collect any images, profiles or data from the Site, by automated means or otherwise, except as needed for your own normal browsing; (b) use any image, video or profile on the Site — or any part of it — to train, fine-tune or prompt any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, or to create any synthetic, altered or derivative image of any person; (c) re-publish, share outside a genuine booking enquiry, alter or commercially use any image or profile on the Site; (d) contact, or try to identify or locate, any Talent (and in particular any child) other than through Models Island; (e) submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or apply on behalf of another adult; (f) upload any image you do not have the right to share, or any unlawful, sexual, defamatory or offensive content; (g) interfere with the Site's security or operation, test its vulnerabilities, or bypass bot protection; or (h) use the Site in breach of UAE law, including the laws on cybercrime and privacy.

2.3 Taking, using or publishing images of people without their consent may be a criminal offence in the UAE. Misuse of Talent images may be reported to the authorities.

3. Content and intellectual property

3.1 The Site, its design, text, logos and the "Models Island" name are owned by or licensed to Ravinaro L.L.C-FZ.

3.2 Photos and videos of Talent are displayed with the Talent's (or guardian's) permission, for viewing on the Site only. The copyright and image rights remain with the Talent, photographers and other owners. No licence to use any image is granted by these terms. Use of Talent images in any campaign requires a confirmed Booking under the Client Booking Terms.

3.3 Takedown requests. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights or shows you without consent, email hello@modelsisland.com with details. We will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

4. Virtual Models (AI-generated)

4.1 Profiles marked "Virtual Model" or "AI-generated" show synthetic characters created by Models Island using artificial-intelligence and digital tools. They are not real people, are not based on any real person, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

4.2 Virtual Model images are owned or controlled by Models Island and may be used only under a licence in the Client Booking Terms (Schedule 2). You must not present a Virtual Model as a real person.

4.3 If you believe a Virtual Model resembles you or another real person, please tell us at hello@modelsisland.com and we will investigate.

5. Children

5.1 Children's profiles are not shown on this Site. They are kept on a private roster and shared only with vetted clients through password-protected, expiring links. Children cannot register themselves; only a parent or legal guardian can register a child. Former children's profile addresses show a "private — request access" page.

5.2 Any enquiry about a child must be made through Models Island. We report any attempt to misuse children's information to the authorities.

6. Applications, enquiries and accounts

6.1 Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or work. We decide in our discretion who to represent.

6.2 Keep your account login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6.3 We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Information on the Site

7.1 We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but profile information (such as measurements and availability) is provided by Talent and may change. Quotes are confirmed only as set out in the Client Booking Terms.

7.2 Prices shown on the Site, if any, are indicative unless stated in a Quote. Ravinaro L.L.C-FZ is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is charged.

7.3 Links to third-party websites (including social-media profiles) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and liability

8.1 We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

8.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including for fraud or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

8.3 Subject to clause 8.2, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information on it, other than as set out in the Client Booking Terms or Talent Terms for bookings.

You can make a complaint at hello@modelsisland.com or +971 58 941 0099. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

10. Changes and law

10.1 We may update these terms. The current version and effective date are always shown on this page.

10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer's rights under UAE law.
